Freskibo

Customer requirement

FRESKIBO used a traditional gas supply system via cylinders, which required transport, unloading, and collection. This process required over 800 cylinders per year, generating 84 annual unloadings and associated emissions of 8,400 kg of CO₂, resulting in a significant environmental impact.

Solution proposed by GasN2

Implementation of the Dual Generator, model GN9O6.
Simultaneous generation of Nitrogen (8.93 Nm³/h) and Oxygen (11.20 Nm³/h).

Benefits of the solution

  • Continuous production

  • The equipment can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Modular systems

  • Possibility of expanding the equipment according to customer needs through modular configurations.

  • Remote control

  • Control through connection and operation of the equipment from any smartphone.

  • Safe process

  • Low-pressure process with an integrated alarm system.

  • Data traceability

  • All information about the equipment’s performance is tracked and documented.

  • Digital display

  • The screen shows operating data of the equipment and the quality of the generated gas.

Results

  • Economic savings by eliminating inefficiencies of the traditional system.

  • 57% reduction in CO₂ emissions associated with gas transport.

  • Energy efficiency (on-site production).

  • Cleaner and more efficient production.

  • Reduction of logistical costs.

  • Process optimization, increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.

  • Full control of gas quality, monitored remotely.

  • Preservation of organoleptic properties, improving perceived quality.
