Chromatographic Systems
Advanced chromatography technology for the in-situ generation of industrial gases (N₂, O₂ and mixtures) with maximum concentration, energy efficiency and safety.
Description
Gas chromatography is a separation method that combines pressure-switched adsorption and chemical affinity, and is used in a wide range of industrial applications to obtain high-quality products directly on-site.
In this process, compressed air is introduced into an adsorption column, where the components of the mixture are separated as they pass through the column. This allows for the purification of the desired gas, which is collected at the top, while unwanted products are separated and collected at the bottom of the column. This procedure is essential in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food processing, where gas concentration and quality are critical to the success of the processes.
Our technology
We have developed a line of gas chromatography equipment for various sectors, such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical, based on advanced adsorption separation for the on-site generation of industrial gases.
- No external consumables or logistical dependencies: Autonomous production using compressed air.
- Precise concentration adjustment: Complete control over the gas concentration level according to the requirements of each process.
- Environmentally friendly: Drastically reduces environmental impact and carbon footprint by eliminating the transport and distribution of liquefied gas or cylinders.
