In the 6th Edition of the Public-Private Cooperation Observatory – in Health and Social Policies – sponsored by the Partners Program of the Esade Center for Public Governance and Unió Catalana d’Hospitals our DAR mechanical ventilator development project was one of two projects selected.

We attended the presentation ceremony of the 6th Edition of the Public-Private Cooperation Observatory on Friday, March 17.

In the area of Health and Social Policies, two initiatives were selected that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic. Projects selected were able to respond quickly to the needs and challenges of that time.

One of these cases involved the GasN2 DAR invasive mechanical ventilators for intubation of long-term critically ill patients. An innovative, creative, and highly technological solution was provided to meet a social need.
