We have participated in developing an intelligent solution for optimizing the disaggregated drying system in a collaborative study with Splendid Foods, Tagtio and INNOVACC, in a project approved under the AEI 2022 NG grant line.

The SEDEFI 5.0 project has been articulated around three key points: efficiency, process control and time control, in a search for a more efficient, controlled and digitized production, with extraction and analysis of big data and machine learning.

The proposed solution can lead to energy savings of >30%, while maintaining the same results as a standard dryer. This benefit will have a very significant environmental impact on the meat sector.
